Since January 2022, the newly founded subsidiary of the German company Physik Instrumente (PI), PI Switzerland AG, has been representing the company in Switzerland. The smooth transition of business from the previous distributor was extremely well received by both customers and users. Thanks to the sales subsidiary’s direct customer service, the market and technology leader for high-precision positioning technology and piezo applications can now continue expanding their business in Switzerland.

Geistdörfer who is also Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the PI Group's headquarters in Karlsruhe, sees the positive development in business as confirmation of having made the right decision: "Our sales and application specialists can completely focus on PI. This enables them to provide customers with extensive information on PI's complete portfolio, and they are available to answer any questions." PI’s Senior Sales Manager for Switzerland, Yashar Khodaei, confirms: "Our customers are pleased about the efficient cooperation, and the number of new orders is very positive.“
